Problem Statement
Blockchain technology is rapidly expanding with the rise of digital assets and NFT marketplaces (Non-Fungible Tokens). However, there is currently no unified platform that enables users to track and monitor their digital assets and investments across the blockchain, requiring them to navigate multiple systems to manage their portfolios effectively.
Research methods
After the initial interviews, factors most important to users were indentified. Participants indicated a preference for mobile platforms due to greater accessibility, emphasized the importance of community engagement, and highlighted essential product features such as chatbot, data visualization, and training capabilities.
The following product decisions were derived from the competitive analysis:
- Provide an all-in-one platform that enables users to buy, sell, create, and track digital assets.
- Deliver a simple and streamlined user interface to enhance usability.
- Incorporate an integrated learning platform to support trading literacy.
- Explore the implementation of AR/VR features to enhance user engagement and experience.
User testing lead to several design changes, enabling refinement of key features and ensuring the prototype effectively meets basic needs.
